At this moment the Netherlands' Embassy in Islamabad cannot take in passport applications.
Temporarily the Honorary Consulate General in Karachi takes over the intake of passport applications and renewals. Apointments for intakes of applications at the Consulate General can be made by emailaddress

It should be taken into account that some of the supporting documents should be legalized before applying for a passport (e.g. first passports). At this moment legalizations cannot be handled by the embassy in Islamabad (see also website consular affairs - legalisation).
